Gerkin Stables is located 15 minutes northwest of Hoosier Park in Anderson, Indiana. We presently accept all breed, but prefer to work with trainers who need grass turnout for Standardbred and Thoroghbred horses during the track season. We provide 13 acers of grass in 4 seperated areas. We have 10 stalls. Horses are fed sweetfeed twice daily with fresh grass grazing when weather permits. If stalled hay is provided. We do ask that trainers and owners bring supplements and medications with the horses. Lecia has 17 years of medical training and is presently beginning the Vet Tech program at Purdue so ill, injured or post-surgical horses are welcome. We do not accept stallions.
