Chris and Pam in Ketchikan Alaska
September 2000

Some more of the parade of the Baked Alaska.

All dressed up for dinner: Eric, June, Shirley.

Heading towards Ketchikan, Eric and Pam by the ship's bell.

The weather began to set in later in the week, it made things look eerie and beautiful.

June in the rain on Ketchikan's famous Creek Street...

.. yes, its a street built above a creek.

Buildings built on piles.

Now tourist shops, Creek Street was once the home of brothels and "sporting women."

Pam went to Saxman native village, for an introduction to Tlinget culture.

The native people of the pacific northwest are famous for their carved totem poles and masks.

Downtown Ketchikan, and some tourist horse drawn wagons.

Clouds roll down the valley into town, bringing the rain.
